Carte Blanche (Camille Anthony in Charming the Snake) – Chapter Thirteen

Sorry I didn’t get back to writing here since more than a month. I feel bad for it in the appropriate amount. [Good to know, isn’t it?]

*****

When last we left Chassy, she just agreed with her father to stage a fake wedding to Dare’s father and not tell Dare anything about it being fake. If you don’t remember anymore why that happened, don’t worry – no real explanation was given.

Now, two weeks have passed and CC worries about Dare who tries to get rid of his bad feelings by drenching them in alcohol and then lighting them on fire. “Dare, please stop. If you drink any more, I’ll throw up.”

Anyway, CC decides it’s time to shake Dare from his drunken stupor so that maybe he will do something against the disaster.

“Just think about it… in a little while they’ll leave the church. Knowing our randy parent, he won’t wait long before he lifts her skirts — probably stop along the way and fuck her in the carriage. Yeah, and while he has her heels in the air, she can grip his thick cock with her pussy — Hey, did I ever tell you how my mother went on and on about him being built like a horse? — and scream his name. Can’t you hear it?” Speaking in falsetto, he chimed, “Oh, Darian, yes… fuck me with your big cock, ram that pole up my tiny little ass!”

There’s so many things wrong with this. Like how CC’s mother kept telling him about the size of his father’s dick. Or that CC pictures his father like that, even if it is to get a reaction from Dare.

Dare gets angry – and who wouldn’t? Then Ms. Anthony remembers that there were these angel-serpents and that they liked Dare a lot. So she makes them feel the same thing Dare feels and writhe and scream in anger outside.

CC of course notices, but still feels the need to get Dare going, telling him that if Dare didn’t stop the wedding, he himself would. This makes the angel-serpents fly against the window in an desparate attempt to get to Dare and protect him (probably).

Even though he doesn’t know why the angel serpents are that agitated, CC thinks it best to let the wild animals into the room. They surround Dare right away and start to croon. Which finally makes Dare own up to his feelings and start to cry. CC tells him to go and chase after Chassy [no pun intended.]

“You didn’t hear what she said to me when she gave me that obscene amount of money and told me we were finished. That she had a position to maintain and, as a society lady, she was expected to wed a particular type of man.”
“Wait, Dare, hold it!” C.C.’s heart thumped with excitement. “She said all that, in those exact words? Are you sure?”

Oh my goodness. You’d think that during all the fucking, Chassy and Dare would have talked at least a little bit. I mean, even somebody who’d only met her could see that this a total pretense. *headdeskheaddeskheaddesk*

Well, at least CC has some of his wits about him and tells Dare that Chassy doesn’t want to marry his father and that he should get his act together and STOP THAT FUCKING WEDDING!

Dare sees that he’s been a stupid idiot, jumps up and starts to run towards the church, with a cloud of angel-serpents trailing behind. Because no romance would be complete without an action-packed chase to the airport church.
